Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:

for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand, Joel 2:1.

Why does he not deal with the pre-trib rapture?

The short answer is: no!

The longer answer is: as the title of the series suggests Dr Douglas is dealing with Themes from the Book of The Revelation and as the 'pre-trib rapture' is no where to be found in this book, or any other book of the Bible for that matter, he doesn't deal with the subject.

As he said a number of times it is impossible in six messages to deal with everything that is the Book of the Revelation. Therefore dealing with something not there is even more an impossibility.

Have you listened to any of the sermons?

While not specifically relating his comments to the 'pre-trib rapture' Dr Douglas did make some comments at the commencement of the second message that does impact upon this mistaken viewpoint.
