The Welsh secretary in the United Kingdom, Westminster Government, Mr David Jones, has said that sodomite couples 'clearly' cannot provide a 'warm and safe environment in which to raise children. His exact words are:
I regard marriage as an institution that has developed over many centuries, essentially for the provision of a warm and safe environment for the upbringing of children, which is clearly something that two same-sex partners can't do.
Mr Jones voted against the re-definition of marriage when it was debated and voted upon recently in the British House of Commons. He was one of only two cabinets ministers to do so.
Needless to say he is facing a storm of protest over this comments. His general views on sodomy fall well short of the Word of God but nevertheless on this occasion he has spoken the truth. Great pressure is not doubt being put upon him to change, altar, water down what he has said. Time will tell whether he sticks by his comments or caves in to the pressure.
David Cameron's Conservative Party is continuing to pay the price for forcing through this re-definition of marriage against majority opinion. The response to the consultation was clearly in favour of no re-definition yet David Cameron persisted. Now he is losing party members as reported by the Christian Institute - Tories hit with further Party losses over gay marriage.

I Think we all wait with baited breath to see if the outcome of the Derby fire death trial proves or disproves this hypothesis
I have no doubt, and I believe you would agree with me, if those 6 children had been removed and fostered wither by a heterosexual couple of a same sex couple they would be alive today, instead of being kept in that 'married opposite sex couple' home that was supposed to provide a warm and safe environment for their upbringing as children.
Interesting days ahead

The institution of one man and one woman comes from the Bible. In cultures untouched and uninfluenced by the Bible the practice was polygamy.
A failing husband, father, wife, mother etc doesn't negate the morality of the institution of marriage or parenthood.
