A Good Day for Truth and Righteousness!

The Ashers Baking Company have today learned that they have won their case at the United Kingdom's Supreme Court. This is a good day for truth and righteousness!

The McArthur family, who run the Bakery, had won their case in the court of public opinion a long time ago when they were first taken to court by the iniquitous Equality Commission in Northern Ireland. Now they have legally won their case in the highest court of the land. The five justices on the Supreme Court were unanimous in their judgement.

It is no surprise to hear the liberals in the media and elsewhere whine and complain about the ruling. This is a set back for their intolerant agenda and they are not happy. In their utopian world everyone would be compelled to express support for that which God says is wicked and contrary to nature.

Filthy Dreamers!!!

The subject of sex education for children, even in primary school has resurfaced again in recent days.

A committee of MPs have called for compulsory teaching of the subject in all primary and secondary schools, with sufficient curriculum time devoted to the subject and specialist training for teachers. The Westminster Education Committee chairman Mr Graham Stuart MP said: young people have a right to information that will keep them safe. As if this is all that is entailed in this subject.

A former school principal in Northern Ireland has called on the Stormont Executive to consider introducing sex and relationship education as a compulsory subject, for those even in primary schools.

The Bible has an apt description for those who would seek to foist such folly upon children, even young children in primary school. The Book of Jude v8 speaks of 'filthy dreamers'. They want to corrupt the minds of children by encouraging an inordinate interest in that which is best left alone altogether or to older years and primarily to parents. It is another example of the liberal mindset that is abroad seeking to foist their immoral ideological standards upon the rest of society, even children.

Abortion abuse not a pressing priority for the liberal elite

Some weeks ago it came to light that serious irregularities were prevalent in abortion clinics. Not only were these clinics doing things immoral but illegal as well. Which is quite a feat in the present day abortion climate!

An investigation was launched by the Westminster Health Secretary, Andrew Lansley. It has subsequently discovered that 20%, ie. one abortion clinic in five, have been failing to follow the law in providing abortions.

Some clinics were allowing women to kill their unborn child on the basis of its gender. Certificates were being pre-signed by doctors giving consent to terminations without the women ever being seen. Under the 1967 Abortion Act, this should be approved by two doctors.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC), the body instructed to carry out these checks on around 250 abortion clinics have now taken the side of the abortion clinics and are complaining that they have been asked to carry out these inspections. They claim that it disrupts their other work and costs money.

It would seem that the abuse of abortion practices - the murder of the unborn- is not a great priority with these members of the liberal elite. The impression is that abortion clinics should be given an open license to practice. We all know that abortion is part of the liberal, feminist agenda that has been pushed for decades in this country.
