Title & Purpose

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble:

for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand, Joel 2:1.

What is it about Sodomy & 'Pride'?

The month of June has been designated by the sodomite movement as 'Pride Month'. June is supposedly chosen to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which occurred at the end of June 1969. As a result, many 'pride' events are held during this month to promote and further the sodomite agenda.

However, what is it about Sodomy & 'Pride'? The two terms are well placed side by side. Interestingly the Word of God, which is ever up-to-date, informs us that the sin of pride was prevalent among the sodomites in Sodom, cf. Ezekiel 16:49&56: Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy; For thy sister Sodom was not mentioned by thy mouth in the day of thy pride.

The Bible has the following to say about 'Pride':
1. 'Pride' is the mark of having no thought of God, cf. Psalm 10:4: The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.

2. 'Pride' in the heart is deceiving, cf.  Obadiah verse 3: The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground?

3. 'Pride' leads to a downfall, cf. Proverbs 16:18: Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

4. 'Pride' is not of God, cf. 1 John 2:16: For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

5. We are commanded to hate all sin including the sin of 'pride', cf. Proverbs 8:13: The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

Talk about being condemned out of your own mouth!!!
