The Sodomite Bible!!


It would seem that those who have done so, have either ignored some very important verses or more likely are ignorant of them:
Revelation 22:18,19: For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Such folly only hastens these individuals sadly on to destruction, Proverbs 28:9: He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

How much better it would be if they acted like the men in Corinth did, who were guilty of these sins, and turn from their sin unto God and be washed in the cleansing blood of His dear son, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11: Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

as opposed to the JLV a bisexual bible, james being bisexual.

this new version must be very good news for gay folk. means they can read about God's great salvation being totally inclusive in the audience the book is for.

after all is said and done it is just an interpretation of an older manuscript not written in our dialect. and more importantly not one of the versions in existence today taken from the original -first- document. where are the original actual parchments written on my moses, handled by him and no doubt have his prints and dna?

There you go again! Asking questions and when an answer is given, and sometimes even before one is given, you hop on to a different topic.

Do I take it that you concede the point when you don't reply and continue the discussion and that you now accept what the Scriptures teach on the last topic you commented upon?

To directly answer your points on this post - Those who indulge in this sin would have trouble hearing of their need of salvation if this sin is removed from what purports to be a version of the Scriptures.

King James authorised the translation of this version and had nothing to do with the actual translation. I prefer to call it the Authorised Version. If James was as you and others claim then his own words will condemn him. In his book on 'Kingship' he listed 'sodomy' among those 'horrible crimes which ye are bound in conscience never to forgive'.

To answer your final point, here is what the Westminster Confession teaches about the existence of the Word of God:
The Old Testament in Hebrew (which was the native language of the people of God of old), and the New Testament in Greek (which at the time of the writing of it was most generally known to the nations), being immediately inspired by God, and by His singular care and providence kept pure in all ages, are therefore authentical; so as, in all controversies of religion, the Church is finally to appeal unto them. But, because these original tongues are not known to all the people of God, who have right unto, and interest in the Scriptures, and are commanded, in the fear of God, to read and search them, therefore they are to be translated into the vulgar language of every nation unto which they come, that the Word of God dwelling plentifully in all, they may worship Him in an acceptable manner; and, through patience and comfort of the Scriptures, may have hope, Matthew 5:18; Isaiah 8:20; Acts 15:15; John 5:39, 46; 1 Corinthians 14:6, 9, 11, 12, 24, 27, 28; Colossians 3:16; Romand 15:4, W.C.F., chapter one, section 8.

Thankful to have godly leaders in the evangelical church willing to seek to persuade people in love to turn to Christ as their Saviour and Lord.

The blood of Christ (the second person of the Trinity) can wash ALL sin for those who come, He finished the work of atonement. The Holy Spirit will enable you to live a godly life and forsake your sins.

there i go again, my apologies Brian there are just so many hours in a day and yours is not the only site i look at nor is Christianity the only faith sites I look at. furthermore I type with the two middle fingers and the right thumb, I cannot look at the screen as I type and cannot rattle out 30-40 words a minute. And I dont look every day.

I have not invested in a copy of the QJV I dont have £22 spare at this time but when I can I shall. If it only differs from the KJV in its interpretation of some verses then I would imagine that if Romans 13
8 - 10 remains as [Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.] then the core of Christ's teaching will be intact and available to these people and they can decide what is sinful and what is not.

It is a wonder they, the homosexual lobby did not think of this sooner. as there is no sin labelled 'Sodomy' in the King James Version I do not think it will be mentioned in the Queen James Version http://www.biblegateway.com/keyword/?search=sodomy&version1=KJV&searchtype=all

When they the homosexual lobby are rebutting arguments against their sexuality they need not anymore quote people and opinions, they need only quote the Bible, and as long as the compiler of this manuscript believes that he/she or trans, was inspired by God to do so it is a valid a bible as any other. A stoke of genius I think.

There you go again indeed!!!

The summary of the Ten commandments that you quote contains a section on sexual sins of which sodomy is one. Love rejoices in the truth; not in cutting the truth out of the Bible as these individuals are attempting to do, 1 Cor 13:6: [Charity/Love] Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth.

What sin do you think is in view in these passages?
And there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel, 1 Kings 14:24.
And he took away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made, 1 Kings 15:12.
And the remnant of the sodomites, which remained in the days of his father Asa, he took out of the land, 1 Kings 22:46.
And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were by the house of the LORD, where the women wove hangings for the grove, 2 Kings 23:7
